Dr. Carlos DaSilva holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and held the position of visiting scholar at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles (USC) as well as at the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, USA. Carlos is a practitioner first. He started his career as employee No. 9 of a technology start-up company, sold to a large Austrian media group. Upon concluding his Ph.D. in the USA, he became the Managing Director of the Silicon Valley based Founder Institute Technology Accelerator program. For a decade, Carlos worked closely with Entrepreneurs on their business development and capital raises. Dr. DaSilva is specialized in Executive Leadership Development having worked as a leadership coach with over 100 CEOs and entrepreneurs in 4 different continents.
